1. Subject of the offer

LLC E.S.KONSALTING (the Provider) offers any capable person or legal entity (the Client) the services of accounting, tax consulting and related professional services on the terms set out in the Ukrainian public offer.

2. Acceptance

The Client accepts the offer by paying the invoice, signing a service request or by any other action confirming consent to the terms.

3. Confidentiality

The Provider treats all Client data as confidential, uses it solely to perform the services and returns it to the Client on request.

4. Pricing and term

Service fees are agreed individually based on volume and complexity. The contract runs until the parties terminate it in accordance with its terms.

5. Governing law

This offer is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
