By signing this Application the Client confirms that: (a) it has read the full text of the Offer and the annexes listed above; (b) it accepts them fully and unconditionally; (c) it understands that the Agreement is a contract of adhesion and its terms are not subject to individual negotiation, save for the data in sections 1—4 of this Application; (d) it agrees that the e-mail address in section 1 and the client portal are the official channels for exchanging documents and notices.

Each business entity is served under a separate Application. An Application signed with a qualified electronic signature has the force of a document made in written form.

This Application is available in Ukrainian and English. In case of any discrepancy between the texts, the Ukrainian text prevails (cl. 11.7 of the Agreement).
